As the text above the title indicate ''(Le avventura dei 4 più famosi personaggi americani)'' the series present the four most famous American characters: "[[The Phantom|L'Uomo Mascherato]]" ''(The Phantom)'' by [[Lee Falk]] and Wilson McCoy; "Mandrake" by Lee Falk and [[Phil Davis]]; "Cisco Kid" by José Luis Salinas and "Jim della Jungla" ''(Jungle Jim)'' by Paul Norris. In addition also: "Johnny Hazard" by Frank Robbins ''(from #8)''; "Lone Ranger" by Charles Flanders ''(#20)'' and pages of "Michelaccio" ''(Pete the Tramp)'' by C D Russell and "Hubert" by Wingert.


Up to #17 the covers was made by [[Antonio Sciotti]]. The size are 17x24 cm and 32 pages. The comic stories begin at the first inner cover page and ends at the back cover.
