King Comics reprinted Sunday pages of "Mandrake the Magician" from # 1 to 147. After the end of the series (in # 155, November-December 1949)(*), four more issues (numbering #156 to 159) (*) were published quaterly - but in fact very irregularly as they are from Spring 1950 to February 1952 - by "Best Books Inc.", located in Meriden, Connecticut, this time under the emblem "Standard Comics" as appearing on covers.
