Issue overview

Regular series

Album

Rebound album of 11 issues from the regular series. Published by Périodiques et Editions Illustrées (PEI) in August-September, 1954.

Second series

A second release of the Roy Rogers series was issued by Edition PEI (Périodiques et Editions Illustrées) in May 1953. The series did not print any Mandrake stories.

It seems that the first series has ended because "Editions S.A.G.E" had not renewed its license with "King Features Syndicate" and with the French distribution agency "Opera Mundi". So this second "Roy Rogers" series “Roy Rogers” was launched with only licensed stories from the American comics published by "Dell Publishing", the latter being in close association with "Western Printing and Lithography Company"(="Western Printing").

Third series

A third release of the Roy Rogers series was issued by SAGE in 1962 in their Vedette(s) T.V. collection. The series did not print any Mandrake stories.
