In 1978/1979, a 100 minutes Technicolor movie was filmed by Universal TV for the NBC network and casted during the "NBC Wednesday Night at the Movies" program released on 24 January 1979.

Plot

A madman blackmails a roller coaster tycoon Arcadian after framing him as responsible for deaths on roller coasters. A covert agent (Robert Reed) has hypnotized a group of people into sabotaging various sites around the country when they receive the key words "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party".
