Plot Summary

Returning from overseas the chief welcomes Mandrake at the airport. But it is not a friendly welcome, the chief warning Mandrake to stay out of all police business. He was sick of Mandrake making the police force look like incompetent fools, and he obtained a court order directing Mandrake to ceast and desist. Is there somthing wrong with the chief ?
