José Clemen (José María Pérez Clémen) was an Argentine cover artist. He was the brother of Juan and Carlos Clémen, also comics illustrator.

At the end of the forties and during the fifties, he drew various covers for the Colección Robin Hood.

He also illustrated covers and inside contents of the weekly western series Poncho Negro as well as for the publications "El Gorrión", "Fuego!", "Impacto", "Puño Fuerte".

In the magazine Patoruzito he drew the cartoon 'Mitzy and Volatín'. He also illustrated 'Russ Congo' with scripts by Oesterheld for "Top" in 1970.

For Editorial Edmal, he illustrated the cover of Mandrake el mago 21 (Edmal) as well as several "El Fantasma" and "Libro de Oro" ("The Phantom")
