"Roc Island" is the 34th Mandrake Sunday story. The story was written by Lee Falk and drawn by Phil Davis.

Plot Summary

As our friends fly over strange country. Suddenly their plane begins to sputter and they have to make a forced landing. At the ground, they find that a nearby village seems to be hit by a tornado. The villagers said that they for several months has been plagued by winged monsters. Then two roc's attacks. Horrified, Narda watches Mandrake and Lothar disappear in the clawas of the winged monsters.
