"The Quest for the 13th Scroll" is an US made Mandrake story from 1995.

Plot summary

In Mexico the explorer Dr. Rebecca D'Fiore found one of the thirteen Theurgic scrolls. The origns of the scrolls are unknown, but it is said that whoever assembles all thirteen will be able to command incredible supernatural powers.

In New York, just before the Black Wizard's men break into the exhibit, the scroll disappears mysteriously.
