"The Flying Phantom" is an US made Mandrake story from 1966. The story is a remake of the 1957 daily story "The Penthouse Mystery" by Lee Falk and Phil Davis.

Plot Summary

High above the streets, at penthouses, reports comming in about strange robberies. Thieves arriveing flying on a carpet or a horse. A case for Mandrake..

Note

In the original story there are two male thieves, in the remake the Toymaster's assistant is female. And at the end, Mandrake says: "I have a feeling we'll see him again!". Indicating ideas for more stories with the Toymaster ?
