Le Nouveau Journal

Le Nouveau Journal was a daily newspaper published in Montréal (Quebec Province) in French language.

The newspaper was born in 1961 (first day: September 5, 1961) after a split inside the newspaper "La Presse" staff. However it ceases on June 21, 1962.

• "Mandrake the Magician" appeared in the comics page in April 1962. The dailies appear the same days as the ones published in the USA.
