"L'anello malefico" is an Italian made Mandrake story from 1965.

Plot summary

Mathias Berrill, an old man who exploits the poorest people of his neighborhood, is killed. One Mandrake's friend is initially suspected but the magician discovers that the real criminals are two thugs who wanted to steal Mathias' money. For this purpose, they had made Mathias believe that a magic and precious ring could make him even richer but, in fact, the jewel contains a poison that causes death when touched, causing death of the old man. Finally Mandrake resolves the whole plot and help the police to arrest the two criminals.
