Branislav "Bane" Kerac (born September 7, 1952 in Novi Sad (city of the then "Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia") is a Serbian comic book creator, known best for his series "Cat Claw".

In the US he also published under his pseudonym H.M. Baker, for American comics like "The Black Pearl" and "Ghost" (Dark Horse Comics).

Kerac debuted in 1975 with "Lieutenant Tara" before created - with friend and comic book writer Svetozar Obradović - the comic book "Kobra" , the most popular yugoslavian title of the 1980's.

He also spearheaded teams of writers and artists that worked on the licensed "Tarzan", "Zagor" and "Blek comics". Finally, he created or co-created a number of Western, war, fantasy, noir and humorous shorts, published in various anthologies.
