In 1967, "Leo the Lion Records" (a MGM sub-label) released the narative album The Official Adventures of Mandrake and the Phantom (Record number: CH-1041). The series "The Official Adventures of..." contained a total of 3 records based on King Features Syndicate characters: Mandrake the Magician and The Phantom / "Flash Gordon" (CH-1028) / "Prince Valiant" (CH-1047).
