Plot Summary

At Xanadu a tri-dem of Rodon the High Marshal of the Central Galaxy; telling Mandrake that Alpha and Beta heads two rival gangs. Each numbering a million or more. They terrorize whole planets, sell protection, promote vice, smuggle, rob, kill. Recently they divded the gallaxy peacefully, but because of the "stupid wager" they became furious at each other and started a space war. Mandrake and Lothar joined Rodon on his giantic flagship to help finding the space criminals.
