History
A "Popular Comics" box was issued 1951, most likely as a pr gift to customers of King Features Syndicate. Inside there was a series of 16 Christmas Cards and envelopes. The "Steve Canyon" card has © "Field Enterprises", the others are © "King Features Syndicate". The Mandrake card is not signed Phil Davis, and the art looking more like Joe Musial.
