Morning Bulletin is a daily newspaper servicing Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia and the surrounding areas of Central Queensland. It was founded in 1861.

"Morning Bulletin" didn't run Mandrake; however on July 3 and 31, 1939 the newspaper printed two Australian Women's Weekly pages with Mandrake. The pages ended with: Follow the exciting adventures of Mandrake the Magician in to-morrow's issue of The Australian Women's Weekly and Read on - follow the adventures of Mandrake the Magician in to-morrow's issue of The Australian Women's Weekly. The pages were from Blozz the Champion.
