All issues have 36 pages, printed in black and white. The stories were newspaper strip stories. The covers were illustrated by Argentine artists, for example [[Hugo D'Adderio]], [[José Clemen]], [[Julio Alvarez]], [[Manuel Prendes]], [[Ascanio]], [[David Mangiarotti]], [[Ernesto García Seijas]], [[Trento Fronza]] and a few unknown artists.

Mandrake el mago (also titled Impacto con Mandrake el mago) was a series of Mandrake comics published by Editorial Edmal and Editorial Impacto in Argentina.

History

The series began publishing Mandrake stories in 1958.

It look like this series started as Colección Corrion, one do find a similar cover with Colección Corrion for "Johnny Hazard #2". Last time one do find the Edmal logo are on the cover of issue 51 and first time one do find the Impacto logo on the cover are on issue 69. From issue 77 or 78 the title changed to Impacto con Mandrake el mago. The serie ended with issue 81 (?).

All issues have 28 - 36 pages, printed in black and white. The stories were newspaper strip stories. The covers were illustrated by Argentine artists..

Later one find Mandrake el mago in El Espectro.

Some issues were price-marked for distribution in Uruguay and Paraguay as well.
