Jalava
Jalava is a Finnish publishing house, founded by Markku Jalava in 1982, which focuses on the publication of graphic novels, comic books, fantasy, science fiction, horror and popular culture non-fiction like biographies or books works about films and music.
As far as comics field is concerned, "Jalava" has reprinted - in quality standards - classicals comics such as "Tarzan", "Rip Kirby", "Secret Agent X-9", "Popeye", "Flash Gordon", "Corto Maltese" and "Taika-Jim" ("Mandrake the Magician").
