Hop-là! was published weekly by the French publisher Opera Mundi in 1937 to 1940. It was a compilation of newspaper strip reprints such as "Mandrake the Magician", "Brick Bradford", "Popeye", "Prince Valiant" and others.

The issues from 1 to 52 and 95 to 132 had 8 pages, from 53 to 94 12 pages. The format was 24,5 x 34 cm changing to 37,5 x 27,5 cm from issue 53. Some of the pages with the Mandrake daily strips was in color.
