"The Ice Lady" is the 34th Mandrake daily story. The story was written by Lee Falk and drawn by Phil Davis.
Plot Summary
A strange lady has the mysterious power to freeze other people. With her unusual force, this "Ice Lady" is able to transform a steel structure into pure iced piece. For that, she uses a specific gas, the Iceotene, which transforms her victims into statues.
