Plot Summary
Speedy is interested in energy and amazed at speed of some insects at tiny distances. He study and analyze small creatures, and after many mixes of chemicals he ended up with an elixirs that got animals and people to move very quickly. At the same time a journalist interviews Mandrake on unusual criminals he had caugth. Mandrake telling about the Clay Camel, the Mole, the Cobra, Albi Algi, the Horse Thief. All ended up in jail, but as Mandrake said; "There will always be a new one". Speedy..
