"Kolosso" is the 147th Mandrake daily story. The story was written by Lee Falk and drawn by Fred Fredericks.

Plot Summary

At Explorers Club Mandrake hears an amazing story, about pygmie indians and a taboo peak in a remote part of the southern Andes. Soon Mandrake and Lothar found themselves at an expedition.

They discovered that an atom bomb was dropped by mistake in the area more than twenty years ago. Only two kids survied, but they became about 25 feet tall.

After a short visit in New York, the scientists found Kolosso to be both a mental as well psysical giant.
