Mandrake, Narda, Lothar and Mandrake's sister are aboard Sir Harry's sailboat somewhere in the Pacific Ocean.
When questioned, the Cobra claims to search revenge for his previous failures and takes power over the monks who want to fight his evil will.

Meanwhile, Mandrake and friends are aboard Lord Harry's yacht in the Pacific Ocean.
In the Himalayan mountains, two monks find a figure in the snow. Based on his clothing, they assume he is a monk and take him with them to their temple. When the figure comes to life, they discover that he is not a monk, but the evil Cobra.
Calling by a spell the spirits of Rasputin and Cagliostro, the Cobra is able to cause a sea in the far Ocean.

However Mandrake, using his magnetic powers, succeeds in fighting the Cobra by projecting his mind into the distant Tibetan temple.
The Cobra immediately takes over the temple and transforms the monks into faceless slaves and devises a plan, a plan to take revenge on Mandrake and eventually rule the world. Using black magic, the Cobra summons Rasputin and Cagliostro. The Cobra locates Mandrake aboard Sir Harry's sailboat, whereupon Rasputin and Cagliostro summon Ammon's storm. Mandrake quickly realizes that the sudden storm is due to black magic from the Cobra, and he calls upon Elam-Irasu to ask for help in calming Ammon's storm. Elam-Irasu mixes some olive oil and flour, and pours it into the troubled sea, calming the storm.
A fierce struggle begins. Mandrake, helped by Lothar, finally succeeds to throw the Cobra into a mountain ravine. But is the Cobra dead or still alive?

Mandrake orders the sailboat to the nearest port and makes a mental journey to his old master at the magic school to ask for help against the Cobra's evil magic. Once in port, Mandrake and his company begin the long journey to the magic school. Together with the master and his students, Mandrake begins the mental battle against the Cobra.

They manage to force the spirits of Rasputin and Cagliostro into a lamp and free the faceless slaves of the Cobra. The Cobra flees up the mountain, slips and falls. Mandrake assumes that the Cobra died in the fall, but is not entirely sure.

"Sei finito Cobra" is an Italian made Mandrake story from 1962. This story follows the previous stories: "Il morso del Cobra" and Cobra genio del male.

Plot summary

Mandrake, Narda, Lothar and Mandrake's sister are aboard Sir Harry's sailboat somewhere in the Pacific Ocean.

In the Himalayan mountains, two monks find a figure in the snow. Based on his clothing, they assume he is a monk and take him with them to their temple. When the figure comes to life, they discover that he is not a monk, but the evil Cobra.
