Plot Summary

In the city there is a mysterious crime epidemic; a paymaster tossing a $50.000 payroll out the window, a jeveler gives a diamond necklace to a stranger, a bank president gives away $75.000 to a stranger. Mandrake suspect that the criminals may be subject to hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestion...
