Tijuana Bibles
Tijuana Bibles were wallet-sized, folded-and-stapled pamphlets that saw their heyday from the 1920s through the 1960s. The nickname "Tijuana Bible" caught on from the lore that these little books were being shipped over illegally from below the border, though history hints that the center of circulation seemed to be no place other than New York City. The majority of the Tijuana Bible artists remain unknown, though some (including Superman's Joe Shuster and Bazooka Joe's Wesley Morse) have been identified.
Typically in a about 6,5×10 cm format, running 8 pages long, the anonymous artists of the Tijuana Bibles cast many of America’s most beloved newspaper comic strip characters, movie stars and public figures into the role of exhibitionists, adulterers, and general sex-loving fiends.

An Italian erotic magazine released by Adelina Tattilo in 1971. Starting with issue 57 (November 17, 1972) the magazine begun printing their "Gli eroi del fumetto" series. This two pages erotic comic stories featured characters from famous comics like: "Tex", "Mandrake", "Kriminal", "Mandrake", "The Phantom", "Tarzan", "Flash Gordon", "Batman" and on. The comics were printed i black and white, a few in colors. The earlies stories is not credited to any artist, but later on most of them are signed with PAK.
The first Mandrake story "Mandrake e genesventola" is in issue 58. The second, "Mandrake e venuta del Cobra", in issue 82. The last one printed in color and signed PAK.

I Vitelloni
Under the logo "Tam Tam" the Italian publisher Edifumetto run a series "I Vitelloni". Issue seven printed a takeoff on Mandrake, Mandracche.

In 1980 the French publisher Glénat released the series Pastiches by Roger Brunel. In issue 2 Brunel made humoristic / erotic pastiches of several US comics, among them two pages with "Manbraque the Magician".

Rigolo !
In 1983 the French publisher Editions Humanoïdes Associés released the series Rigolo !. The magazine run monthly for 12 issues (note the first issue was a double issues #1/2). In issue 1/2 one find humoristic / erotic pastiches of "Mandrake le Magichien" made by Alain (Al) Voss.

Terror Blu
Issue 11 (August 1977) of the Italian series of adult science-fiction comics printed the story "Il circo di Mandrake" by Leonardo Gagliano. The story is about a rather unusual circus with Mandrake as the main attraction. The plot is homage to "Invaders from Mars" and the cover is inspired by Kubrick's "Clockwork Orange".
