Biography

Onofrio Bramante (Brahms) was an italian artist. From 1948 to 1970 he devoted himself to comics published in Italian and French. His products range from the comic to the humorous adventure. He created many characters such as: "Piccolo Crockett" (edizioni Granelli), "Falco Bianco" (edizioni Dardo), "Top Mix" (edizioni Alpe), "Carabina Slim" and "Rol Pam" (Aventures & Voyages of the editrice Francese Bernadette Ratier). For La Freccia he made five covers for their second Il Vascello series, before he in 1961 began working with Edizioni Mondadori. Ending in 1965 he had made 60 stories of "Topolino" (Mickey Mouse) of which he wrote 22. At the end of the 60s he devote himself to painting.
