In 1979 there was made a 100 minutes movie by Universal TV.

Plot

A madman blackmails a roller coaster tycoon Arcadian after framing him as responsible for deaths on roller coasters. A covert agent (Robert Reed) has hypnotized a group of people into sabotaging various sites around the country when they receive the key words "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party".
