In the article "Fumettografia del Mandrake Italiano" by Alberto Becattini, published in Fumetto issue 115, it is mentioned that the logo in the newspaper heading EF in the story is an easter egg signature made by Ennio Ferri. Interesting the back page of this newspaper has a logo with EF. RI., a monogram for Ennio Ferri. In the study published in "Fumetto 115", and as well as in the reference book "Profumo d'inchiostro", the story is cited as written by Giovanni Fiorentini and drawn by Ennio Ferri.
