La Revue populaire was a weekly Canadian magazine published - in French and from May 3 to July 5, 1980 - in Montreal, Quebec. In its inside comics supplement in color, one incomplete "Mandrake the Magician" Sunday story was featured, appearing in a half page format of 4 panels only.

History

In a removable 16 pages comics section placed in the middle of the magazine, several classics were published (amongst them: "The Phantom", "Superman", "Ferd'nand", "Henry", "Mickey Mouse", "Blondie", "Mutt & Jeff", "Popeye", "Hi and Lois"...). After six issues only, the publication of the comics supplement however ceased.
