La Presse, founded in 1884, is a French-language daily newspaper published Mondays through Saturdays in Montreal, Quebec, Canada

  • Dailies and Sunday pages Mandrake stories published.
  • In the Saturday editions, Sunday Pages of "Mandrake le Magicien" ("Mandrake the Magician") were published from February 11, 1961 - first weekly comics section of the newspaper - to August 9, 1975 on ordinary tabloid paper, but in color.
  • It represents 747 original Sunday Pages.
  • A separate and more luxious edition of the 12 pages newspaper comics supplement was published before this 1961 starting date.
  • The other released comics were American and European classics as well as Canadian series.
