Biographical information
Founded: 1997 (to mid 2000)
Country: Mini spain.gif Spain
Website:

Euroclub Magerit started eight different series in 1997; "Radio Patrulla", "The Lone Ranger", "Jorge y Fernando", "Mandrake", "Rip Kirby", "The Phantom", "Jungle Jim" and "Red Barry". In 1998 they added an "Inspector Wade" series and in 1999 a second series with Mandrake.

The first series with Mandrake reprinted daily stories from 1943 to 1967 and 1980 to 1988, similar to the Italian New Comics Now series by Comic Art. The second Mandrake series reprinted Sunday pages from 1935 to 1940 in color. The source for the first stories looks like those used for the Italian Mandrake - Serie Cronologica by Fratelli Spada.

Under the trade name Lector S.L. "Studio Comics / Viñetas S. L." reprinted the first Mandrake series in two parts (26 issues x2) and then the second series. It is possible this three part reprinting was repeated several times.
