El Diario de Nueva York was a Spanish-language newspaper published from 1947 to 1963 in New York.

In 1963 after the merger with of "La Prensa" - another ,Spanish-language newspaper - it became "El Diario La Prensa".

The daily and Sunday stories of "Mandrake the Magician" were featured inside "El Diario de Nueva York" from (at least) between 1962 and 1963, more precise dates remain to be determined. As the newspaper was not published on Saturdays, the Sunday editions have both a daily strip and a Sunday page comics.
